We found the feeling helped dull our pain, and specifically where we applied the balm. The smell and texture of the balm is great, and both guys and girls preferred it to other balms and lotions we've tried. The packaging was modern and felt premium, something we wouldn't feel ashamed leaving out on the bathroom counter. Overall the story, smell, and presentation make this Releaf balm a hit.
